Your account

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address and profile name. We use these to authenticate you and associate your balance and research history with your account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, or Google Drive.

Your questions and answers

We store submitted questions, research results, supporting evidence references and processing status so you can return to your research. Questions and selected evidence are sent to DeepSeek to generate and assess research answers. Avoid including passwords, payment details, or other information you do not want processed for research.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes account-funding payments and monthly tools subscriptions. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout; CalyxCash does not store your full card number. We retain payment identifiers, credited amounts, adjustments and query charges to maintain your account balance. Cloudflare hosts the website and account database. Infisical manages application credentials. Infrastructure providers process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service.

Cookies and access

We use secure, essential cookies for sign-in and session security. Your saved research is accessible through your authenticated account. Operational access is used to run the service, investigate problems and respond to support requests. The site does not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts.

Retention and requests

Research history and recent data activity are private to your account and selected workspace. Data searches and tool activity are retained for 30 days. Queries, answers and supporting records are available in your workspace for 30 days from submission; after that, they are no longer available through your history or direct links. Complete queries and delivered answers remain in the administrator archive after this 30-day period for site administration and support. Payment and credit records are retained for accounting, reconciliation and dispute handling. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information; some transaction records may need to be retained. Signing out clears your active session cookie.

The site administrator can review all submitted questions and complete delivered answers for site administration and support. Queries and answers are stored in Cloudflare D1, with supporting research records in private Cloudflare object storage. Research runs on operator-managed local infrastructure; completed local copies are removed after cloud integrity readback. Other users cannot access your research history.
