Terms of service

Effective October 10, 2026. These terms describe use of CalyxCash, a financial research service operated through Leapable. Contact chrisroyseai@gmail.com for support or billing questions.

Prepaid research

Each submitted research query costs USD 1, deducted from available credit when the query is accepted. You must add credit before submitting a query. Revisiting a saved answer does not incur another charge. Research credit does not automatically recharge. The tools subscription is separate. If processing fails, the query charge is returned as account credit. Payment confirmation is required before purchased credit becomes available.

Monthly tools pass

Non-query features, including Liquidity & Flows, financial data exploration, source views and collection health, require a separate USD 50 monthly subscription. It renews monthly until cancelled through Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access remains through the paid period. This pass does not include research-query credit. Administrator testing access may be provided without a charge.

Account credit

Credit is usable only for CalyxCash research; it is not a bank deposit, investment, transferable currency or cash balance. Promotional credit is identified separately in account activity and is not a cash payment. Contact support about unused purchased credit or a billing error. Refunds and payment disputes may adjust your balance or temporarily restrict use while reviewed.

Research and evidence

Answers depend on the sources, dates and coverage available for the question. They may contain errors or incomplete information. Source-backed observations, statistical relationships and causal conclusions are different kinds of evidence. CalyxCash does not execute trades or promise investment outcomes. Review the evidence before relying on an answer.

Responsible use

Keep your Google account secure. Do not attempt to access other users' information, bypass billing, interfere with the service or submit unlawful material. Access to research does not grant ownership of third-party source material or unrestricted redistribution rights.

Availability and changes

The service may be unavailable during maintenance or upstream outages. A query rejected before acceptance is not charged. Pricing changes will be shown before new queries are submitted. We may restrict an account to address misuse, security incidents or unresolved billing issues.
